Findings include:
- 93% of consumers who say their FIs are generous with charitable contributions are “very or extremely satisfied.”
- 42% of Millennials would move their accounts over to FIs that donate to local communities.
- Millennials, on average, volunteer 50% more than Baby Boomers per year.
